The Balconi family history is rich with tradition and expertise. Founded by brothers Charles, Frank, and Henry Balconi, the company has been in continuous operation in Sandusky, Ohio for over a century. Frank’s sons, Mario and Geno, joined the firm in 1940, taking over management in 1959. This legacy has continued through generations, with Mario’s son, John, joining in 1962, followed by his daughter, Marcia, in 1964. Marcia’s son, Bret Ninke, has carried the torch since 1982, and today, Bret’s sons, Jeremy and Collin, represents the fifth generation of Balconi family members dedicated to honoring the lives of others.
